Who we are
Revelectrical is a trading name of Everything Electrification Pty Ltd, a licensed electrical contractor operating in Melbourne, Victoria. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean Everything Electrification Pty Ltd trading as Revelectrical.
What we collect
When you contact us or request a quote, we may collect:
- your name, phone number and email address
- your address or suburb, so we know where the work is
- details about the job, including any photos or notes you send us
- records of our correspondence with you
We also collect limited technical information automatically when you browse the site, such as your device type, browser, approximate location and the pages you visit. This is described under Cookies and analytics below.
We do not collect sensitive information such as health, financial account or government identifier details through this website.
How we collect it
Usually directly from you, when you fill in a form on this site, call us, text us or send us an email. We may also receive your details if someone refers you to us, or through a review or listing platform you have chosen to post on.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for marketing unless you have asked us to.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only where we need to, and only with parties who provide services to us. That includes the companies that host this website and store form submissions, our email provider, and our accounting and invoicing software. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
Some of these providers store data outside Australia. Where that happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure your information is handled consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses Google Analytics, via Google Tag Manager, to understand how visitors use the site. It sets cookies that record things like which pages are viewed and how people arrive at the site. This information is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work, though some parts may not behave as expected. You can also opt out of Google Analytics using Google's browser add-on.
How we store and protect it

Making a complaint
